Precautions For PVC Pipe Construction

1.PVC pipe placement: Before laying the PVC pipe, the pipe trench should be cleaned. If there are unevenness at the bottom of the trench, it must also be repaired first. If the trench bottom is still a gravel layer, sand should be filled with a thickness of 10cm before laying the pipe. Before laying the pipe, the pipe fittings should be inspected for damage (if any damage is found, it should be cut off). If there is no damage, slowly use ropes or other lifting equipment to place the pipe into the trench.

2.The installation and connection construction of PVC pipes should be carried out in accordance with the joint construction method in the first paragraph. If it is necessary to cut the pipe, the incision should be perpendicular to the pipe axis and not skewed. After cutting, the male pipe end should be cut at the outer corner on the construction site. The TS cold junction should be about 22 º, and the outer corner should be cut along the 22 º angle during looping construction to facilitate insertion.

3.Protection during PVC pipe construction: During the installation of PVC pipes, it is necessary to prevent stones or other hard objects from falling into the trench to prevent damage to the PVC pipes.

4.When work is suspended or resting, all pipe openings must be covered tightly to prevent unclean substances from seeping into the pipes. Before conducting pressure testing after the installation of the water pipe, the pipe body should be covered with soil for protection.
